We strive to ship every order as soon as possible so that you can soon start enjoying the most durable Peli cases and protect what you value most!

Order Processing

At Peli Products, we are committed to processing orders within one business day or less. Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. are shipped the same business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the order number. If you use a corporate email, these emails may end up in your spam folder or be blocked by the firewall.

If you have an account with Peli, you can access your order details in "MY ACCOUNT" by selecting "My orders" from the menu.

If you created your account after making the purchase, you will not be able to view this information online. In that case, please contact us at pelistore@theetailers.net

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination address and the carrier.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched by the distributor closest to your postal code. Shipping may take 2 to 4 business days, depending on the location. 70% of our orders are assigned to the nearest distributor and delivered within a maximum of 72 hours!

Please wait at least 48 hours after making the purchase to get more information about your shipment.

Please note that delivery times are independent of order processing time.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

You can find the exact shipping cost in your order details in the cart or during the checkout process. 

Shipments to Post Offices

Our courier companies do not deliver to post office locations.
