Peli Announces New Air Long Case

Peli Products, S.L.U., the global leader in rugged, mission-critical protective cases and coolers, launched the longest injection-moulded case, the Peli™ Air 1755 case. The new case is 145 cm in length (140 cm interior length), ideal for a variety of items, including guns, survey stands, and camera equipment.

Made of lightweight HPX2 polymer, the Peli 1755 case features a double-hand over-moulded handle and wheels with stainless steel bearings for easy mobility.

Like other Peli Air cases, the Peli 1755 case is waterproof and dustproof with an IP67 rating, military-spec certified and provides the same durable protection as other polymer cases, but with less weight.

To cut the weight in the case, Peli’s engineering team faced the challenge of building lightness into every facet of the design without compromising Peli’s renowned durability. By working with a team of materials scientists, Peli was able to construct cases that are the lightest protective cases on the market today. Each case of the Peli Air range passes the same rigorous performance tests (impact, drop, submersion, high and low temperature) that Peli has proven during more than 45 years.
