There is no doubt that the expression “take to water like a fish” characterizes David Ochoa. Born in Portugal, he has always loved spending time under water and filming what he sees. Ochoa is an avid spearfisherman., It was originally simply a means for earning a living, but he later turned this profession into a passion. His first documentary “INHALE - The Azores in One Breath” made a good impression on the spearfishing community. Now, with years of experience travelling around the world and diving into many seas, he tells stories using the art of underwater cinematography. More than a passion, both spearfishing and filmmaking are a way of life.
