Barcelona -

Dear Friends of Pelican and Peli,

Just a few short months ago, it would have been difficult to imagine our world facing a crisis of such massive proportions. Across the planet, citizens are united in a common goal: to fight off and eradicate a rapidly advancing attacker we cannot see or hear, a silent invader that threatens our health and wellbeing.

Here at Pelican and Peli, we’re doing everything in our power to be a responsible corporate citizen. We wish to assure you that we are taking every precaution at all levels to both protect the health of our employees, and to ensure business continuity during this unprecedented era of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

In an effort to address this evolving situation, Pelican and Peli’s leadership team is meeting daily to discuss the global pandemic. We are taking several measures to preserve the health and safety of our staff members, who we consider to be our most precious resource. We have conducted employee training seminars on pandemic procedures, including prevention measures and precautions. We have ramped up office cleaning to disinfect all surfaces regularly. Employees who are sick are encouraged to stay home and in regions where the virus is spreading rapidly, our people are working from home. That includes all of Asia, Europe, and a number of U.S. locations. We have cancelled all non-essential travel, meetings and events.

As a trusted supplier of products that are often considered necessities, we know people depend on us. Pelican and Peli’s business operations remain robust. We are experiencing minimal disruption of our supply chain, but this can change at any time as circumstances dictate. We are communicating frequently with key suppliers to ensure an adequate supply stream of materials and parts. We are evaluating inventory and production levels on a daily basis as we assess the impact to particular products. Pelican and Peli will continue to monitor the impact on demand and build an inventory buffer stock if needed.

Pelican and Peli will be seeking opportunities to be of service to our community during these troubled times. Despite the hardship and tragedy the coronavirus has left in its wake, we believe this crisis provides us with an opportunity to pull together, a chance for us to show our best selves.

We will update you as the need arises. Thank you for your patience and support during this unprecedented time in history.

We appreciate every one of you and wish you good health going forward.

Lyndon Faulkner
