The Classic Rack case is a smooth finished roto case with a 19" wide EIA standard rack and a variety of rack depths including 17", 18", 20", 23", 25", 28", 33".

It has the option for a Lock 'N Load, removable rack. It is the strongest, most secure rack in the industry. Our precision - tuned, elastomeric, shock mount systems provide maximum shock and vibration protection for ultra-fragile equipment.

Shock Mount System
Cylindrical Shock Mounts isolate equipment from vibration and manage the impact to the rack mounted equipment from drop forces. Rack cases commonly use 8 shock mounts that vary in weight ratings depending on the protection requirements - from delicate equipment to rugged electronics.

Shock Isolation Mounts
Patent pending shock mount design made of a heavy-duty rubber that is inserted into the case body at the corners to provide a flexible, shock absorbing attachment for the rack frame.
Heavy Duty Shock System
The heavy duty shock system is used on Peli Classic Rack case models with payload weights from 160 lbs (72.6kg) to 340 lbs (154.2 kg).
- Cases 7U and smaller receive 16 shock mounts.
- Cases 9U and larger receive wall stiffeners, lift/tie down rings and 16 shock mounts.
