Joe Baltronis
Vice President of Worldwide Marketing

Baltronis recently celebrated ten years of combined service with Pelican / Hardigg. He was originally hired in 2000 to define a business strategy and launch Hardigg Industries injected molded case initiative, now known as the Pelican Storm Case. Baltronis continued to take on more sales and marketing responsibility for Hardigg's other products and services before being named Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2004. When Hardigg was acquired in late 2008 by Pelican Products, he was named the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for the new combined company. This included a successful merging of Pelican's Marketing Communication group with Hardigg's Product Management model.

Prior to joining Hardigg Baltronis spent one year with Colt Manufacturing as the Director of Marketing and Licensing but earned the bulk of his marketing experience with an eleven year stint with Spalding Sports Worldwide. He was initially hired in 1988 in New Product Development, but through a series of promotions moved into Marketing and was named the Sporting Goods Division Director of Marketing in 1996. This included working with many major retailers and sporting and entertainment entities such as the National Basketball Association and Warner Bros.

Early work included experience in Production Control and Finance at Hamilton Standard, Division of United Technologies.
Baltronis graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic Connecticut in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He has been married to his wife Lisa for twenty three years.
